Egg Mayo & Crabstick Sandwich

Serves: 3
Time needed: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
♦ 2 Eggs
♦ 2 fozen crabsticks, thawed
♦ 3 slices lettuce, optional
♦ 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
♦ 9 slices bread
♦ Pepper to taste

Methods:
♦ Boil eggs in pot for 5 mins, leave to simmer for another 5 mins
♦ Scald crabsticks over boiling water until soften
♦ Finely chop peeled boiled eggs and crabsticks
♦ Mix chopped eggs, crabsticks, mayonnaise and pepper in a bowl
♦ Arrange and spread mixture on bread

Hi Denise,

Thanks for your hearty breakfast! It tastes great! The vegetable was fresh and crisp! The Mayo isn't as overpowering as those which i eat outside... The bread was soft and nice!

Personally, I have bought similar sandwiches from the stalls behind our office but they aren't as appetizing as yours... so THUMBS UP for you!!!
